Frequently Asked Questions

We ship products via Canada Post. Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your package. Please expect 7-10 days to receive your package. Please note: packages may be slightly delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Visit our Delivery Policy page for full details.

Please send a message to sales@wcwildflowers.ca with the subject "Orders - no confirmation received" and we will respond within 24 hours.

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your order. We do not provide refunds. We are happy to offer you a store credit (except on final sales). For full details please see our Refund Policy page. 

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@wcwildflowers.ca. This will ensure you can change or cancel your order before it ships.
