SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

 

CANADA ORDERS 

West Coast Wildflowers is located in Campbell River, Vancouver Island. Despite our best efforts, all orders will take one business day to travel off-island. Dependent on location in Canada, it can take 3-10 business days to receive a package. Vancouver Island can range from 1- 3 business days. 

Please note: We do not package and ship orders on weekends, holidays, or outside of regular business hours (M-F, 10:00am-5:30pm)

For local Campbell River orders: If you'd like to pick up, you may choose"pick-up" at checkout to remove shipping fee. WCW team member will send a notification to arrange a pick-up time. 

Flat rate shipping is available to the majority of Canada, with some exceptions. If your area does not qualify for flat rate shipping, you will see Canada Post rates instead. https://www.canadapost.ca/information/app/far/business/findARate?execution=e1s1

TRACKING via CANADA POST 

Customers will receive tracking information provided to West Coast Wildflowers. We encourage customers to check email and review spam folders before requesting tracking information. 

LOST OF STOLEN PACKAGES 

Wildflowers & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Wildflowers & Co. will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.  

USA ORDERS 

Please note: Some US orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
