Delivery Policy


Due to COVID-19 cases, customers can expect shipping to range from 10 - 14 days. Effective November 15, 2020 until further notice.

All orders are shipped within 1-7 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping times vary depending on location. Within Canada packages are generally delivered within 5-7 business days. Vancouver Island is generally 1-3 business days. Some exceptions due to delays because of the current global pandemic.

Any orders containing both a pre order and a regular item will receive a blended shipping rate. This means that you have paid separate shipping for both items, and your regular item will ship right away.

Flat rate shipping is available to the majority of Canada, with some exceptions. If your area does not qualify for flat rate shipping, you will see Canada Post rates instead. https://www.canadapost.ca/information/app/far/business/findARate?execution=e1s1

Tracking

Once tracking information is available to the customer, it is their responsibility to track the package. It is up to the customer to ensure they are home to receive the package or make arrangements with the delivery company. It is not the responsibility of Wildflowers & Co. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wildflowers & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Wildflowers & Co. will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
