Shooting Star, Kw'aykw'aynmí Núshnu, Flower Essence was crafted in the high Rocky Mountains of Montana - Apsáalooke & Cheyenne Land, the Beartooths. They were made in communion with the Mountain Spirit, the Rock Creek Water beings & alll of the animals of the Land. On this particular day, a Bear & a Hawk joined this Medicine. They are an extra special medicine to me as these Mountains have held me since I was a babe, and they are a Sacred place, and teacher, on my journey.
Shooting Star is one of my favourite Medicines, their small purple flowers taste like Rootbeer. They have been calling loudly since the start of the current breakdown of Systems. They help us remember our way, who we are, what we incarnated here for. They Root us into the Earth, while connecting us to the Stars. Remembering our Cosmic origins while *grounding* deeply into our path & truth so that we may carry these downloads, visions, purpose, forward on our Earth Walk.

HOW TO WORK WITH FLOWER ESSENCES:
Take 3 drops under the tongue, or in water, as needed. You can choose to work with the Essence for 3-7 days in a row, taking note of any changes or shifts. Taking a break, and then resuming as needed. I usually recommend keeping a dream journal during your time connecting with a new Plant.
