70% Cacao Dark Chocolate Bar | Sea Salt Almond

Our second best selling chocolate bar, but really... who can top peanut butter!  This 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate has fruity notes and a complexity that will change the way you eat chocolate, then we added almonds and sea salt! We buy our cacao direct from farmers, then we ferment it for a week, then dry it for another week.  After it is dry we clean the beans, hot air roast them like coffee then de-shell them. This is our ART!   Vegan, Direct Fair Trade, Kosher, and Gluten Free (made in a gluten free environment )    Ingredients: Nicaragua cocoa, cane sugar, coconut oil, almonds, Nicaragua cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, sea salt.  Contains: Almonds.
