Celestial Dreams is a sleep potion of calming & sedative herbs that help to bring ease into a peaceful nights sleep. A magical & clinically potent combination of Plants that help with falling asleep, relaxing the body & nervous system, as well as helping stay asleep, so that you wake up feeling like your best self {without that groggy morning feeling from some sleep formulas}.

Skullcap + Passionflower are my two favorite Plants for calming the mind & body. Stopping the overthinking that happens *right* when your head hits the pillow, as well as relaxing any tension in the body. Very supportive for cyclical thinking where the mind feels like it just won’t turn off & SLEEP. These beautiful beings are both a gorgeous purple, harvested from the Medicine Garden this Summer, bringing balance to our crown chakra for downloading, receiving guidance in dreamtime & healing in our Sleep.

California Poppy is my personal favorite ally for a good nights rest. They help to ease the *entire* body - for folks who find aches + pain + tension keeps them up at night. I love working with them for those who tend to hold stress in their bodies, who wake up with jaw pain or shoulder tension from clenching their jaw as they sleep. California Poppy is also an analgesic, or pain reliever, and this formula may be worked with for pain held in the body as well. Helping us to feel safe, ease & comfort in our bodies so that we may truly receive the sleep + rejuvenation + rest we need.

I have kept this formula intentionally simple as these three Medicines together are very potent. I find Celestial Dreams is also lovely for people who may be sensitive to Valerian & other more sedative nervines. Some folks may find they can work with Celestial Dreams in smaller doses during the day to help bring calm, and ease anxiety.
