Blueberry Pancakes with Salt Spring Kitchen Co.

Blueberry pancakes are the most popular (according to our son Ember) variation of pancake. If you answered banana, chocolate chip, oatmeal, ham, honey or turkey - we are happy for you! BUT FOLKS' this recipe is for blueberry pancakes because we love them BERRY MUCH!  Pssst, are you a busy family, these bad boys can be frozen and plopped into your freezer for breakfast during the week, dinner or heck whatever you want!
