This Barbecue blend tracks back to Chef Mike's early years in the kitchen. One of his favourite stations in the kitchen was working the grill; this barbecue blend was inspired along that journey and showcases some bold flavours that hold up to any protein for the BBQ.This blend can act as a marinade when incorporating some oil, add in flour for a chicken batter, pork tenderloin, salmon, prawns, grilled vegetables, and find its way into new creations daily.
