White Raven is a mythological being of Haida legends with pure white feathers. She managed to trick the chief who held the moon captive and released it back into the sky bringing light to the world. As she flew through the smoke hole of the longhouse to release the moon, the soot stained her wings and the transformation begun. This luxury bar is scented with a custom essential oil blend that will enchant you.
Did you know? In Haida culture the Potlatch involved feasting, dancing and the giving of gifts. All changes to the existing order were announced at these events while everyone was present to witness. Marriages, adoptions, pole raisings, name giving, and so on. All of these activities were recorded through Potlatches and the witnesses were rewarded for attending with elaborate gifts. Today the Haida Potlatch still continues and I have been blessed to attend a few. As a member of the Raven Clan hosting the event, we are required to contribute to the gift giving if we are able, and through this inspiration the Haida Potlatch Bar was created. It has been my contribution at recent Potlatches and I consider it my signature bar.

Makes Soap Story
Our luxury artisan soaps are made entirely by hand in small batches in the cold process tradition. This ancient method allows us to choose each premium ingredient to suit a particular skin care benefit or desired scent.
We begin with luxurious natural ingredients such as shea butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, olive oil, almond oil, goat’s milk, coconut milk, buttermilk, organic yogurt and other top, food quality delights. Other skin loving additives like oatmeal, botanicals, beeswax, therapeutic clays, organic flax, raw honey, activated charcoal and sea salt have been added to nourish your skin and sooth your soul.
Every creation is made by hand, from hand stirring and blending, to pouring, cutting, trimming and packaging. Each batch takes approximately 3-4 hours from start to finish then “put to bed” for at least 24 hours. Each batch is hand cut and then cured for a minimum of 4 weeks to give you a hard, long-lasting, gentle bar.
